Public Welfare Investment Immigration

The South Korean government, to develop its underdeveloped regions, will establish specific investment opportunities. Foreigners investing a certain amount in these projects can obtain permanent residency in Korea (similar to similar to permanent residency programs offered in countries like Canada and the United States).

Generally, the minimum investment amount is 500 million Korean won, with a period of 5 years. The principal is guaranteed by the state and does not accrue interest. Therefore, the only risk borne by the investor is the loss of interest.

After confirming the funds have been deposited, applicants can apply for an F-2 residence visa (issued to the investor, their spouse, and their children who can obtain an F- dependent visa) with the bank certificate and relevant documents. The visa is valid for two years and can be extended to five years after two years, qualifying the holder for an F-5 permanent residency visa. The F-5 permanent residency visa has no expiration date, and as long as one does not commit major violations of Korean law, they can permanently reside in Korea. Compared to citizenship, it only lacks the right to vote and be elected.

Real Estate Investment Immigration

The South Korean government, to develop its tourism industry, offers F-2 residence status to investors who invest 500 million Korean won or more in designated resort facilities appointed by the Attorney General. Holding the property for over five years qualifies the investor for an F-5 permanent residency visa.

After obtaining permanent residency, selling the property does not affect the permanent residency status.

Investment Project Commission

With the development of the domestic economy, China's manufacturing industry and research technology have made significant progress, approaching the level of South Korea.

However, disparities still exist in some areas and are even widening.

Therefore, some visionary entrepreneurs in China have gradually realized that instead of struggling to catch up, it's better to acquire directly. This not only greatly shortens the time but also adds a "MADE IN KOREA" label. Since South Korea has signed FTA agreements with many countries, it can quickly enter markets that Chinese domestic companies cannot access.
